Pre-Registration is required for all classes/workshops:
- Please register at least one week prior if possible. - this is so that teachers can have enough materials/handouts prepared in time for class/workshop and the store can make sure there is enough supplies on hand for everyone, this also reduces the chance that the class would get cancelled because of lack of interest.
- Payment is required at time of registration for the class/workshop. All fees are paid to teachers for their time and expertise. We have some of the best teachers in the area. They are all wonderful people and work diligently to make their classes informative and fun !!
- Minimums and Cancellations. There is a minimum of (4) students needed for the class/workshop to be held (unless otherwise stated). In the event a class/workshop is canceled due to lack of participants or inclement weather, we will refund your registration fee or attempt to reschedule the class/workshop. Students must give FOUR (4) days notice prior to class/workshop to cancel their reservation and receive a refund. Alternatively you may find a friend to take your place.
- Remember to pick up your supply list at registration. The supply list will be available at registration. This will ensure that you will have the needed tools and supplies to make a successful project when you arrive the day of the class/workshop.
Purchase your supplies a day or more BEFORE the class:
- Supplies need to be purchased from Sew a Stitch no later than the day before the class/workshop. We greatly appreciate your purchasing class supplies from Sew a Stitch. We strive to give you the best prices everyday. When you purchase your class supplies from Sew a Stitch [before or during classes] you will receive a 10% discount on those items required for the class (excluding sale items, presser feet, sewing machines, and sergers). By purchasing your supplies from Sew a Stitch you help pay for the classroom space and the utilities used to run machines and appliances. We thank you for supporting us.
- We will gladly help you choose fabrics, threads and other supplies if you would like.
- You may be required to pre-cut fabrics ahead of time to make best use of the time allotted for the class/workshop. If so, this will be stated on your supply list.
