Our service technician is factory-trained and authorized to work on your machine and regularly attends manufactures hands-on repair training. This ensures our service techniques and procedures are up to date using the latest technologies, calibrations and repair to bring out the very best in your machine.
Sew, who do you trust? The service person who has no or very little authorized training? The "husband" who is forced to service the machines? The $29 home service guy?
If for some reason you end up taking your machine to a less experienced repair person, remember... to undo their mistake, or to truly fix your issue is going to cost you a second repair fee. These repairs may be more expensive if they caused damage to your machine. Why risk your investment?
We service Brother, Husqvarna Viking and PFAFF home sewing machine, embroidery machine and serger.
While most machines will be serviced with-in a 9 day turnaround, some machines may take longer.
Note: Brother machines purchased from anyone other than Sew a Stitch must have the original sales receipt before any warranty qualified repair can be started.
We will need the following items to make the necessary adjustments on embroidery machines: embroidery unit, embroidery foot, and embroidery bobbin case.
