This ensures our service techniques and procedures are up to date using the latest technologies, calibrations and repairs to bring out the very best in your machine.

We will need the following items to make the necessary adjustments on embroidery machines: embroidery unit,
embroidery foot, and embroidery bobbin case.
Note: Brother machines purchased from anyone other than Sew a Stitch must have the original sales receipt before any qualified warranty repair can be started.
